day 12

Today I wake up at 6. The night before is really very cold. Then we need to brush up everything before we can go out for our final breakfast in the ship. But when we are brushing up, the water in the ship suddenly went off, and we have no water to brush up. So my friend and I took the mineral water and use it for our brush up and after that we went for our breakfast. Then after meal, we went out of that lousy ship and take the bus and sent us back to our dorms. Then from this time onwards I slept and wake up to go to the toilet all the way till when we are back in the school. When we reach the school, it is about 3.30. me and kennith ordered 3 bowls of fried rice and we finish it. After that, we went back to our room and take a rest before having our dinner. Then at around 6pm, we went to same fishball shop to have our dinner again. This time we ordered the same dishes again, but on top of that, we ordered two more new dishes to try. After the meal, we thought that the bill is going to be above 120 rmb. But in the end, the boss there said that we 100rmb is enough. So once again we pay 100 rmb for a meal which may cause more than a 100 singapore dollars in Singapore. After that, we went back to our room and rest for the day.

day11

Today I wake up at 7 plus. I was waked up by the speaker in the room. Then we prepare and have breakfast at level 3. The breakfast is worse than the one in our school. Especially, the soya milk, the first time we drank it, we knew that I was cooked by using powder. After the breakfast, we took another boat to look around the river and mountains over there. The mountain and river is really very nice. It is a scene that we cannot even take a glace in Singapore. After a 2 hours ride, we move on to a smaller boat. The boat is moved by fully man power, it does not need any motor to move or what. They move the boat slowly and we enjoy the place very much. Then after that, the boatman went out off the boat. Each of them take a string and pull us towards the river opposite the stream, and they turn the boat around and we move with the stream. The feeling was very good like nothing before. Then we went back to the ship for our lunch. Then in the ship lunch was like the dinner we ate yesterday. This lunch is the most filling meal we had so far, we ate 5 big bowls of rice and we even took other dishes from the table. After that we went back to our room and rest. Kennith fell asleep when he lay down on the bed, then I also fell asleep afterwards. Four hours later, we reach a port, and we all went to visit a place which is like a temple but not a temple. We climb quite a number of stairs in order to reach the temple. The place is shine with green lights and I do not like the surroundings because green light is always use in ghost movie and the lights makes the whole place like a haunted house. In the temple they display some of the bones that they found, and the bones belongs to the soldiers who die during the war. There are also stories of Zhang Fei And Lui Bei and others who fought in the war of Chi Bi. After all these, we went back to the bus and go back to our ship. While walking back to our bus, we saw lots of stars. The amount of stars is the most, I had never seen so many stars in my whole life. The whole sky is really light up by the stars. When we are back to our ship, we had our dinner, and after dinner we went out of our room to enjoy some night breeze and see the stars. After that we went back to sleep and end this day with all the stars in my mind.

day 10

Today I wake up at 6.30. this is because we are going to board a ship and go to the 3 gorges. But the morning’s weather is not very good as it rain in the early morning. We quick rush and eat our breadfast and quickly run to the bus. We took arund 4-5 hours to reach the place. In the bus I slept and slept. When the bus stops I come down and go to the toilet. This continue for the whole trip until we reach the place where we have our lunch. The lunch was like normal china food. To me normal china food is salty and oily. Then after taking china food we on a bus to see the three gorges. The place there is really very beautiful. Peace and quiet is only what you will think of. The bus stops at 3 different places for us to see the 3 different views of the gorges. After that, we went back to the place that we took our lunch. The dinner, the dishes I mean, have no different expect for a few only. The dinner was very rush as we are already late for the ship that we are boarding kept calling for us. After the dinner, we went straight to the port the board our ship. The ship is neither too big nor too small, it’s the size that I expected. Then we went to see our rooms, the room was better than I thought, and there is also a toilet in every room, that is the thing that I am happy about. Then we went to look how the ships moves from a lower level part of the river, to the upper part of the river by using the dam. The whole process took about 40 minutes and we went back to sleep.

day 9

Today is the same wake up at 8 am. Then meet my friends and we went to have our breadfast. Then after that, we went to class and have our first lesson. Then after first lesson we went for our lunch and went back to our room for a while. I slept while listening to my music during the lunch break in my room. But after awhile my friend called me up. The sleeping moment was like only 1 minute for me. But actually, I had actually slept for 1 hour. Then we went back to the class to have our second lesson. Today’s second lesson was short, it last for only 1hour. Then after that we also went back to our room. I slept again while listening to my music. Then at 6pm, we went to have a basketball game with the china people. They played very well, and I thought that they are leading ahead of us. But at the end of the game, they said that we won. We think that they actually let us win. Then after all that we went for dinner and went back to our room and end a day.

day 8

Today I wake up at 8am. I still the same, I meet with me and my friends and go and have breakfast together. Then after that we went to class and have our lessons. Today class is to present our powerpoint sildes about Singapore and wuhan to the teacher. So we all are exicted and of course at the same time nervous. As more and more groups finish presenting, our turn is getting nearer and nearer. Finally is our turn. we spilt ourselves up and get ready to present. The teacher asked us to start our presentation. Cris starts off with the intro and other s things then me then shu gen, and finally kennith. The presentation went smooth for me, and I think we did it quite well. Then we went to have our lunch. Then after lunch I wash my clothes and go to class again. The afternoon class was the same nothing new. But today our teacher release us at 3 plus. It was like 2 hr b4 the real dismal time. Then we went to play basketball and had our dinner. Today our dinner, we had fishball soup and some vegetables and tofu. We took our dinner at the restaurant. We expect our whole meal to be around 120 -150 rmb, but in the end, we only pay 100rmb!!! That was really cheap. After that we went to a bread shop and buy some bread and go back to our room. Then this goes another more day.

day 7

Today I wake up at 8am. As always the same, I wake up late. So I rush all those things that I need to do and meet my friend for breadfast. Then we went on to buy our breadfast, but this time we went to another canteen and have our breadfast. Me and one of my friend each of us order a different dim sum and we share them together. There are about 10- 12 pieces each so we share and eat together. 10-12 pieces cost about Singapore 90 cents only, it is really cheap. We went on to class and take a module call appg, which is our new programming module. This module looks like compro and it is more fun than compro. We took this module till evening. Then at evening we went outside and eat, but we do not know which shop to eat so we decided to walk and look for a shop to it. In the end, we walk till the end of the road and ended up in kfc again. We ordered the food, and find a place to sit. While we are eating, suddenly the lights of kfc turn off. We thought that something bad has happen. After a short worry, we found out that the whole street electricity is cut off due to certain reason, so we had no choice but to eat our food in the dark. But the feeling was quite food even though we can hardly see our food. Is a great new experience for us. After that we went back to our room and on the way we bought some bread and end our day like this.

day 6

Today I woke up at 7am. I am suppose to wake up at 6.30 am, but I went back to sleep when they wake me up at 6.30, so ended up I wake up in 7. As usual, we meet other friends and went to have breadfast together. When I reach the canteen, I found out that I have lost my card, I was in a panic. I search up and down my pockets, but I still cannot find it. So I had no choice but to lend my friends card and pay for my food. After buying the food, I found out that the card was deep inside my other pocket. I quickly take the card and place it in my wallet to prevent it from losing the card again. Then during class, a china teacher walks in. the first thing I think is how does her English sounds like. To me I thought the English will be quite bad as their main language is Chinese. But when she starts to talk, her English totally makes me speechless, her English is better than what I thought and of course better than me. But still the whole lesson was boring as it last for 4 hours. Then we went to take our lunch and have another lesson after that. During the class the teacher wants a photo of us to make a sports hall card in order to use their facilities. Then we went to a shop to take a picture. They did not use camera to take but instead they use a machine and is connected to a printer. The machine takes our photo, and the printer prints our photo. After that, we went to have our dinner and went to our rooms. In a nut shell, today the china teacher teach us a lot of things in wuhan like food and stuffs like that and the ways to take photo is very special. One more very important thing i learn is when you lost a thing do not panic try to look for anywhere else even you think that it is not possible.
